A quiet time is recommended in the area from 10:00 pm to 08:00 am during which live music or DJs are prohibited.

Smoking is allowed in outside areas.

Any Visitors must check with villa host and visiting hours will be enforced.

Any additional guests over the number reserved will be charged $50 per night.
Additional rules:
Children entering the pool must be supervised by an adult and the consumption of intoxicating beverages is their own responsibility.
Parties or large events at inappropriate times will cause the guest to lose their deposit.
What if a guest needs to cancel because of an emergency?
We may be able to issue a refund if a guest has to cancel because of an emergency. Contact us for cancellation.
When am I able to cancel without a cancellation fee?
A guest can cancel within 72 hours of the day the reservation was made.
How much is the cancellation fee?
Cancellation fee is 50% of the total price of the booking.
